Frequently asked questions
How do I search for a product?
Type any product name, brand, or EAN barcode into the search bar on the home screen. You can also tap the barcode icon to scan a product directly.
Why isn't a store or product showing up?
We update our product catalogue daily. If a store or item is missing, it may not yet be in our database. Send us the store name or product details at covic.marin1@gmail.com and we'll prioritise adding it.
How current are the prices?
Prices are refreshed at least once every 24 hours from each retailer's website. Occasional discrepancies can occur if a store updates their prices mid-day.
The app isn't loading / I'm seeing an error.
Try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, check your internet connection and make sure you're running the latest version from the App Store or Google Play. Still broken? Email us with your device model and iOS/Android version.
How do I delete my account or data?
PriceChecker does not require an account. We don't store personal data linked to you individually. If you have any concerns about data handling, see our Privacy Policy below.
